Default My mobile rig.
Mount for my Zune 80. It's plugged into a jack in the dash that is hooked to the Aux. input on the back of my HU. The cradle is made from Padauk & the pedistal is PVC inserted into a Koozie, covered with matching vinyl & then placed into the cup holder. The controls are within easy reach, just wish I didn't need my glasses to read the small text!

nice mount, did you make it? and what exactly is holding the zune into the mount?

Yes, I made it. The Zune is sitting on a Zune pad. One of those nonslip silicone rubber pads. When I finish it, I will have a docking connector in the cutout & the Zune will plug into the cradle. The wooden cradle is cemented to the piece of PVC that goes into the Koozie. It is very stable, & the Koozie provides quite a bit of vibration damping.
