Default Repartition a hard drive without deleting the data

Alright, So i Installed on linux on a 60 GB partition. But I wanted to add 120 GB used on Drive C:

So I inserted xp disc, and deleted the xp partition(C. Now when I boot up the comp, It says boot error, prob because I deleted Drive C.

So What I did is, I installed Linux, on the 120 GB partition (c), Is there a way I can put together, the 60 GB and this 120 GB partition?

I been looking everywhere! but I could not find any help yet, I asked chpchan (or something like that, hes a mod i think) But he ignored me, or maybe he is just busy.

They are Linux compatible? I though they only worked for Windows.

Most Linux distros already have gparted. If not:

Code:
$ sudo apt-get install gparted
