Help Best software for linux for a sansa e280.

What are the best softwares out there for linux?

Also, What is better( and less hassle to install)

Rockbox, or Linuxsansa. ( Will be used on a linux OS (8.04 LTS hardy heron)

What do you mean? What video converter is better? What music manager?

Rockbox in my opinion is better, but they're the same easiness to install

Please be more specific with your questions. Are to Rockbox and sanasalinux, Rockbox is a lot more mature and works where as not everything is working in sansalinux yet.

Best Media Converter,
Best music manager,
and best whatever.... (must be linux compatible ofcourse)

So, Rockbox is better? sansalinux works preety good as far as I know ( never tried it tho.)

What is sansalinux missing out on?

I presume you want an all-in-one jukebox, then Amarok: http://amarok.kde.org/. I personally use mpd: http://www.musicpd.org/ with a simple frontend called mpdcon.
