Default Accidentally re-formatted p2

Okay, I accidentally re-formatted my P2 and deleted the wallpapers, movies, etc. I saw in the forums where you could go to rapidshare to replace those files. I downloaded the files and extracted them to a folder on my pc. How do I transfer them into the P2? Do I just copy and paste into the internal storage. Do they have to go in individual folders. Do I just copy and paste the entire P2 file like you do with a firmware update? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am using Vista w/WMP 11

What does "yep you sure do" mean?? I need a bit more precise input. Copy into individual folders? Just into internal storage? Do the videos and wallpapers require some type of conversion? If I knew the answer to theses questions it would be simple enough but I am a novice with the P2.

alrite here is how you do it...
i think that you did extract all the files... now copy all the video files (no conversion needed) and paste them in the video folder... copy all the pictures, place them in the pictures folder... and the dnse.txt in the text folder... thats it...
