Default removing pause between songs?

Hey guys I'm a new P2 owner and very happy with it after testing out a few other units.

My question is is there a way to remove the pause in between songs your playing? I have alot of albums that switch tracks without the gap between songs so its pretty much a "Mixed" album (such as the Rapture's "Echos")

I hate hearing the stop between songs and would rather hear it the same way you would hear it on a mixed cd (Think DJ mixed).

Hope my explanations are clear

I dont think gapless playback as ever happened on a Samsung mp3 player. But then again, neither has UI customization...

ahh gapless playback there we go...Hopefully one of the updates will make this possible as it seems it would be a great and logical addition.

You can encode your mp3s without final frame filling (aka gapless) and that will reduce the time gap between songs, but it's still there and it's waaaaay more work than it's worth to do this. Let's see if Samsung adopts gapless playback support.

And maybe FLAC support? Hint Hint...

The workaround is to encode the album as one long track.
