Cases?

One of the first things I do when I buy a new MP3 player is buy a case for it. Of course, that's the trouble of buying a new release MP3 player - there hasn't been enough time to make third party cases. So far, I've been able to find a few (my best buy actually had them in stock )

Which is obviously the wrong product image, but I've verified the SKU is correct with a DLO action jacket that I've seen in-store.

Has anyone found any hard plastic or silicone cases yet? Any information would be great.

i was able to find the sansa e200 travel kit @ my local BB for $7. so i bought that, will keep my fuze in there until something else comes out.

I believe that you're talking about the "Sandisk" travel case. I had it for my e200 and now I use it for my Fuze. It fits perfectly and has foam for added protection.

Here's a pic of it. (The Fuze can't fit in the "leather case" part though.)

No, there's one specifically for the Fuze. I bought it last week. The leather case is excellent, with well placed openings and it doesn't obstruct any functionality like a lot of cases seem to. I took some pictures to show you I'm not crazy. And sorry about the quality. My camera ran out of batteries before I could take better ones.

Sorry to confuse, but I was speaking about HuBu's post.

For storage, I think it's better to purchase the low priced e200 travel kit.

For everyday use, I think it's better to go ahead and pay for the (higher priced) Fuze travel kit.

I am currently using the case that comes with the e200 travel kit to house the player, i also applied the screen protector. It is a close fit.

I would like to have a leather case with a flip-front and a solid belt clip (preferably metal) on the back, just like the Griffin case on my E280. Does anybody sell something like that yet?

The silicone case that I got from a seller on eBay came with a correctly sized clear screen protector.

Does anyone know when or if they're releasing new accessories( like silicone cases) for the Sansa Fuze at stores like Futureshop and Bestbuy?




Umm I'm planning to buy the Sansa Fuze, but before I would buy it I would want a case to keep it protected. But I can't seem to find a nice decent case anywhere like some type of Silicone one. The only one I found was this leather one at Futureshop and it cost fucking $29.99! Does anyone know a place that I would be able to find a case other then buying it online on sites such as eBay? I want to buy the case with the mp3 at the same time because it'd be pointless buying the case later like after it gains a few scratches.

Just get one from amazon. I bought a camcorder and digital camera screen protector kit thing from like fred meyer and it has diff sizes that you can just cut out and stick on with the stuff they include. It has 1.9'' cutouts and 1.8''. Has lots of other variations too, so it can work for just about any mp3 player. was only like 3 bucks
