I have the Rhapsody e200R player and it has excellet sound..not sure which chip is used (anyone know?) and my question is..does the Fuze or the View use the same chip? Or different?
Is there a list of what player use what sound chips? Thanks! Frank |

It just depends on what e200 you have.
The e200Rv1 and e200v1 uses the PP5024 which is owned by nVidia. The View has the nVidia GoForce 6100. The Fuze is AMS which is the same as the e200v2, c200v2, Clip, and m200v4. |

Interesting...how would I know what version...v1 or v2...I have?
Is there a site that shows the stats of the chips? Frequency response, etc? Thanks |

There is stickies about how to find out what version of the e200 you have.
There is not much info on the stats of the AMS ones but for this: http://www.austriamicrosystems.com/0...ion_AS3525.htm The PP5024 and GoForce 6100 is the same way. If someone else know more info them, you can post the info. |
