Default Custom Case for my Clip...

Well, I had one for my Creative Zen Micro and Sansa e280. So, I HAD to make one for my Clip (and stick with the animal print theme).

Had a bunch of these tins laying around, from a past job, and I finally figured out a use for them. Still need to drill a hole for the phones. I also plan on putting a hole on the back so the clip can be on the outside. Let me know what you think.

I like, as long as it does not pop open that should take a heck of a fall with harm.

How about cutting the screen and wheel out of the case? But I guess that would take some really precise tools.

No criticism, just a suggestion - it's very nice as it is. Rawwwwr!

With or without? It's a tight fit. It's not going anywhere if it falls. Trust me.

HA! Well, you are right...kinda. The one for my e280 was leopard print. Look at the link in the first post.

Nifty little makeshift case for it. The Sansa Clip itself is pretty durable. I have dropped mine about five or six times on hard wood or even concrete and all there are is some minor scrapes on it. It still works as new and the scratches on it are pretty hard to see, so it really hasn't disfigured it at all.

One of the things I like about the Clip is how light it is, which in turn helps make it pretty durable. Cool idea for the case, but I wouldn't want the extra weight and that would also eliminate the ability to use the "clip" feature.
