The Canadian versions of the iphone 4 that came out in September were also like that, no bumper needed.

Nexus S! Got it the day it came out. However I would gladly give up gingerbread and updates for an unlocked Motorola Atrix.

Cool Sony ericsson w995!

I have a Sony Ericsson W995. Love it! It sounds great, got a big-ish LCD (2.6"), got WiFi, Great build quality (except for back cover), illuminated music buttons on the side, an 8mp camera with LED flash, a kickstand, T9 for quick typing and it's just plain sexy

It's very easy. In a few days I was texting about as fast as I was using my Blackberry.

^@Yeppboy: Hmmm, this is kinda intriguing. I have been very vocal against touchscreen keyboards being able to compete favorably speed-wise for me on my Blackberry keyboards [been using BB since they came out and I am quite decently fast and accurate over the years].

Good info man. I may need to revise my opinion after some real first hand use of stuff like the Galaxy S.

thanks!

There are rumours floating around of BBM going cross platform, that would be kick ass.

^ Indeed!!! For BB users with unlocked/open corporate BB devices with full access to Blackberry Messenger, it is the shizznit.

Faster than SMS and email, realtime, interactive and best of all...FREE! lol

Samsung Vibrant here, rooted and flashed with Axura 2.2.6 (Android 2.2 custom ROM based on the JL5 leak).

It's quite nice and Axura has a lot of pretty animations, but it feels a tad slow compared to my older Eclair ROM (Bionix Final R1), due to the lack of an OC/UV kernel.

Now that official Froyo for the Vibrant is available via Samsung Kies, we should see some source code within the next month, and hopefully some OC/UV kernels!

blackberry curve 8530. i had the original curve 8330 but i abused the shit out of that and it died and i replaced it with this. i don't do too much on the phone but instant message, call or text. because of the environment i work in, it lets me use instant messengers without ever using my work laptop since some jobs restrict your internet use.

I've got a Palm Pré. webOS is really awesome... it's intuitive and the UI looks great.
Though, it was rather slow... but that can be fixed by overclocking the CPU to 800MHz or even 1GHz.
