I have the Black Nokia 6120c. great phone. Symbian OS which is the best IMO.
A review on the phone for who might interest.

Some ok-ish Nokia > some totally awful Motorola > Siemens S35 > Siemens S45 > Siemens S55 > SE K700i > SE P910i

Siemens were good no-nonsense phones, but not anymore... I just need phone, SMS/text, and Bluetooth anyway, so I'm not picky.

Got it when 3G wasn't really that worth it. I cross flashed it to be a W660 (same phone, but has added walkman stuff) so that I got the best of both worlds, a really good 2mp cybershot camera and a walkman phone.

Have a small collection of siemens phones aswell...



This image is still missing the M55 thats been given to my mother, aswell as some other older stuff that had been given away and never returned.

These days I buy all my phones (As opposed to receiving them for work) so old ones that I dont use anymore I sell off to relatives or friends.

In the back. It takes up literally half of the phone body. It's literally amazing how small the phone actually is when you discount the battery and the screen.

Well i have had MANY problems with this thing like:
a)not being able to call from the log or contacts i.e dial to call works (occurs after a certain usage period after turning the phone on)
b)all contacts whether saved with a mobile,home,etc. icon are represented by a mobile icon when u check in the log
c)build quality is terrible, its the worst i've ever seen. The top white polish is literally 10% disappeared, its a very poor paint job. My w810 had the most awesome build quality
d)the side rubber flap in which the microsd, charger, usb is located. That flap is becoming sort of unglued from the inside having me to push it from the inside to close from the outside.
e)has the worst 2 megapixel cam i've ever seen, again my w810 had a better one

The first issue was fixed with a fw update which they released after like 4-5 months

I have the Samsung D900. Peice of crap broke 3 times in a year and a few more after that. Luckily i know what i'm doing, generally, with fixing things so now when it breaks i can fix it. It is sturdy though, when it breaks AGAIN my first reaction is normally throwing it in anger, then fixing it yet these throws don't have any lasting effect.

I *plan* on getting a Samsung SCH-u740 cause its in my price-range, is small/thin, sleek, and sports a full QWERTY keyboard. It does everything I want to do very well and cheaply. (Very sturdy double clamshell hinge)

That X830 is very popular recently, tempting too-- but I want a larger screen and a QWERTY board, plus I couldn't listen to music on anything but my D2.

I was once looking at a samsung phone, but hells to that I dont want paper thin and I dont want it to be breaking every year or 6 months. The little "gem" siemens SL55 slide open phone (Far right on my siemens collection) was probibly the most durable slide open phone ever made, and it was probibly one of the first.

I dont ever want to buy A) A slide open phone B) a Touch sensitive phone C) Clamshell phone or D) Any phone that has a moving bit, like a camera that can be turned arround. I'm fine with the camera sheild on the K550 tho, as its compleatly superficial, can be taken away and it wont effect the cameras function. (atleast, not with the W660 FW on it) Everyone at work is constantly breaking there new 500€ phones, and then getting new ones, its crazy...

Since 3G is really starting to pick up, I have been looking at the Nokia E51 as a replacement, looks to have all the connectivity that I would ever want.
