Default Playing .m3u files on rockbox on sansa e280

I made a folder on my desktop, put my mp3s in there and made a .m3u playlist with winamp and saved it on my desktop.

I copied the playlist and folder onto my 8gb micro sd card into my sansa e280. The .m3u file doesn't work. All the songs when played manually within the folder with the mp3s, they all play fine.

How do i fix it so .m3u will work?

M3Us are just text files with the path to music files listed sequentially in them. If they don't work its probably because you didn't copy the same folder structure to your player as is written in your M3U file. Rockbox is smart enough to ignore changes in the top level folder, but it won't search your hard disk to find files if they're not where the m3u says they should be.

I didn't change the file structure at all. I copied my folder and the playlist keeping the same the same relationship as to where to playlist is in relation to the mp3 folder.
