I read somewhere that you could add album art to a album by saving the picture with the songs and naming the picture "albumartsmall.jpg", and the file size must not be too big.
I have done that, my picture sizes are about 250px average, but it does not work for me. Any help please? Also, I have songs that are under "Unknown album", but by various artists. However, when I turn on the mp3 and go to one "Unknown album", I find all the songs by all the artist listed there. Same goes for albums with the same titles. Any help is appreciated!

Rename your album art to folder.jpg.
If the songs are coming up as "unknown" then u need to fix the tagging. I use winamp, mediamonkey and mp3tag which are all free.

whatever the name of the picture, you have to add the picture in the tags
(use mp3tag)

Are you modifying the files/tags on your computer, deleting the files from your player, and then retransferring them -- or just modifying the files on your player? If it's the latter, try doing the former; it's possible the player doesn't recognize any changes without new files and a subsequent database refresh.

You can download the program MP3tag, works for me.

well, I found out that when jpgs that are saved as "Baseline ("Standard")" in photoshop, it works shows up as album art, but when it's saved as "Baseline Optimized" or "Progressive", it doesn't show up
and yeah, I just put it in the same folder as the album and it doesn't really matter what you name the picture |
