I just got my 8gb Cowon D2.
Could someone tell me how to delete song? I have firmware 2.54 When I try to delete, it give me error message: "Not Support File delete in Music Browser" Thank you. |

You can delete it if you're in folder browsing instead of ID3-browsing

Click on the "mode" option when browsing music then choose "Music List" then swipe left with your finger until it has a list that says artist, Album, year, genre, etc, and go to the bottom, there you will find "folders" open that, then go to the D2 or d2 ext depending on if the file you want to delete is on the Sd card or not, then to music, then browse your folders to the file in question and delete it from there

I tried the above but it didn't work for me unless I was doing something wrong. However this did (thanks Whew of iAudiophile):
"First play any file in Folder view, making it the "active view". At this point, you can now navigate through Folder view and delete files from within the D2 UI." Hope this helps |
