Help SonicStage & ATRAC rights mgmt

Hi all. I'm having issues with SonicStage transferring to my NW-E500 series player. Some files transfer but some (most) don't and spit out this Error Message:
These tracks cannot be transferred
Cannot load the rights information for the selected tracks.

I searched the net a bit for a sol'n, and found it to be significant that about a month ago I consolidated music libraries from all the PCs on my home network, and moved them to a 250BG external drive that is mapped and shared on the network. Other users were experiencing the same problem when they switched computers or got a laptop etc. Actually, I'm pretty certain that the files that fail to transfer for me have been on my player before. eg: My fav Wilco album, -not a single track will transfer and rt. click>properties>Rights Info Tab shows this:
No. of times played: 0times
Remaining ATRAC CD transfer count: 0times
Remaining audio CD transfer count: 0times
How can I transfer to device? There's got to some way to simply tell SonicStage, "yes, i moved my files to a network location. Forget that I ever transferred anything from this particular PC and gimme my music!" Thanks in advance!
