Personalized builds don't exist yet, you just downloaded the regular custom build.

The music folder can be found by holding select when Files is highlighted, selecting Show Files, and selecting All. However, it is (IMO) best to keep music outside of that folder.

To get to the OF, hold |<< on startup.

Noticed the text above the title field saying "Please use descriptive thread titles"?
Guess what, its there for a reason. This kind of topic title isn't good enough, changed

Default Thanx

Okay, okay, maybe it wansnt your build, maybe I shouldnt have downloaded the music over MTP. Thanx a bunch, you really ARE a nice guy
Is there some tool to completely delete the files from sansa (including the system disk) before trying to install the original firmware? I suspect that there was a sort of mismatch and there might be some junk files in the system. Dont laugh at me i am no experienced "rockbox dude"

Default Hooray and a big thank you

Hooray!!! I made it, my precious works.

I just downloaded the official firmware setup, unrared it into sansa in recovery mode and voila, it booted. Hmm, that "just" was an hour of googling and trying and failing. But it was worth it, better than fiddling with unix.
Now the Cptnodegard guy can delete this thread.
