That's how my Clip should look like... soothing orange instead of awful blue. The Zune Squircle sure looks good on that housing.

I was thinking of how stupid it is for the Clip to be limited to 4GB.

Thanks! I know.... I hate this blue maniac industry. I do not know what is so special in Blue (out of the earlier difficulties in led technology)...

Thanks, this was fun! I agree partly with the professional look of the blue lit products, but now it' too much. I prefer Orange instead, it's not so disturbing ... but I have to admit I had a monitor several years ago with bright blinking orange led in it's stand by mode, and the whole room was flashing all night. I solved is with some black paint.

Blue looks... hm, cool. In a temperature sort of way. In my mind at least that associates with technology and therefore modern looks. Orange lighting would make for a more soothing, warm, human appearance. Both are nice, and I think both can be used. Just don't overuse it, and especially don't make it too bright.

I prefer orange though. And blue is at least better than green or red.

I paid $20 more for my tube amp cause I wanted the manufacturer to build a red LED into it instead of the awful standard blue one...

I still can't understand how one could use a blue LED in a tube amp, with its beautiful orange glow... talk about mismatched colors!
