when you do it with the video and pictures, it takes you straight to the last video/picture that you viewed.

Holding the button down on most buttons (The ones that don't require a double tap) just takes you to the end result of going down the line of buttons. So for music it takes you to the now playing screen, holding video takes you to the last part of a movie you were playing, and holding picture takes you to your last viewed picture. Holding back also takes you all of the way back to the home screen from where-ever. So handy to have.

also there's 3 different ways to scroll: 1) dragging you finger up/down on the main area of the screen moves the list down/up by 1 set. 2) tapping above/below the scroll bar moves the list up/down by 1 set but without the list being animated, so is quicker. 3) holding the scroll bar turns it green and follows you finger up or down as you move your finger.
sorry if these are obvious to all

Not sure if this was widley known, but as soon as you turn the P2 on, just press the power button once, and it plays the last song you were previously listening to before you turned it off.
