Have You noticed something like this?
I was listening to an MP3 album, and when the next track come, I felt that the volume is lower than I had before. So I pressed the volume up button. Then the volume rised to a quite high level. Which probably was one level higher to the volume I set before. I had this problem with the latest fw, with battery low (I thought the volume goes down with the battery voltage first) and with fully charged. The strange thing is, this happened with the same album booth times! |

Okay, this time I tried something, when the volume went down, I tried to lower the volume with the side button, and as I thought, it got louder!
So the volume goes down more than 1 stepps without any keypresses! Really nobody experiencing this? |

Can anybody please tell me where should I report this issue?
(Is there an email address for bugs or only the technical support? |

This sounds to me more like a defect of your player than a universal bug...My girlfriend's Clip (with the latest firmware) doesn't seem to be having this issue.

Is this only happening with one album? If so, could it be unequal volume levels in that album?

It's like when the player didn't remember where the volume level was, and correct it, when I press one of the volume buttons. I'm not sure If it happens with only one album, thats wouldn't be logic anyway. I just noticed it with that playing as I remember. (I listen to that album a lot recently) |

This happened to me before upgrading to the most recent firmware. Hasn't happened since. Check to make sure you have the latest.
