For persons Downloading/Applying Themes
This thread is dedicated to indexing finished themes all comments will be deleted.Themes are distributed in H3Mod Theme Packs. Image packs are smaller in size and are easily updated when the firmware is updated. They can also be applied to any regional firmware. (US, EU, JP, ect...)

Instructions to Apply a Theme
Minus download times, entire process takes less than 10 minutes. Below are step by step instructions to apply a theme pack assuming that you have never done this before.

1. Read Terms and Conditions Below. You must agree with all terms to download or use a theme pack.
2. Download the theme you wish to use.
3. Download H3Mod Software and accompanying Reference File. Make sure you download the Sansa e200 series reference file. You must use this software to apply a theme. Link to H3Mod Website.
4. Download the current firmware files in .mi4 and .rom format. Search the forums to find these. Link to Thread Containing the latest firmware.
5. Extract H3Mod and Reference Files to one directory. Extract Firmware to another directory. Extract Image pack to a directory.
6. Run H3Mod. Go to File>Load. Select .mi4 on the File Type part of the window. Navigate to the original Firmware. Click OK. If prompted direct software to find reference file (usually not needed).
7. Go to Theme>Import Images. Browse to the directory the Image pack is located and click OK (open until you see several folders). Image pack will be loaded into the software
8. Go to File>Save As. Save the new firmware to a different directory from the original. Keep the old name of the file.
9. Plug the device in on MSC mode and drag .mi4 and .rom (bundled with original firmware) on the device's internal memory.
10. Unplug device. Device will restart and install new firmware, then restart again.

Please read the theme posting guide lines above!

• Please only post H3Mod images packs or H3Mod .theme files!
  
  • When a new firmware is released, the m4i files become useless.
  • Modified firmware are bricking some members e200s because they are loading wrong regional firmware.
    
  • There are many different languages firmware versions for differnet parts of the world. By using images packs everyone will be able to use them.
  • To export images packs go to the top menu bar and click "Theme" > "Export Themes...". This will create a bunch of files and folders. Zip them up and upload them.
• Please only post complete themes
  • This helps keep the clutter down

Theme
First theme, I think it's pretty cool. Changed most of the screens to a cool pastel cartoony screen. Kind of "cartoony" meets "stylish". Each menu item has its own word... thats really the only way I can explain it. Color scheme changed to an olivey greenish.

- Rasta and Textured Playback Bar
- Green Volume bar
- Borders of playabck/volume bars reduced.
- New Connection screen
- Status bars color changed
- Scroll bar color changed
- Locked screen changed... now Super fun!

Additional Info
- Shutdown screen modded to black for now... still thanks to Jeffsey500
- Antenna icons used from the Natural Beauty Theme, again much credit to Jeffsey500
- Rating screens not changed yet
- Connection animations to be changed
-Remember, this is a Beta, so I just wanted to let you guys see what it's like and for me to get some feedback.
-EU Compatible Coming Soon! (if you can't do it yourselves... :P)

Description My theme is an attempt to simplify the native (and in my opinion overly complicated) Sansa theme. It uses a single "cloud" background throughout and reduces the number of color changes in bars, strips, etc. The main menu uses a set of icons borrowed from DeviantART (Karbon 1.0 by ~dpzo). I like the icons because they are unfussy and clear.

Current Status
-Version 1.06
Modified colors of some icons, buttons, and bars to achieve a more consistent look.

Suggestions for improvements are welcome.

The attached zip files contain the theme's image pack. Clouds (A) is the American version; Clouds (E) is the European version.

Description This is a sepia-colored version of my original "clouds" theme. The main menu uses a sepia-colored background with the selected icon in full color. I've borrowed some elements--colors, icons, bars--from my "reflections" theme as they work well with the sepia tones.

Description: This is a theme I made a while back using some pictures and icons of things that I like, such as poker and video games.

I don't expect it to get too many downloads because if everybody likes the exact same stuff I do....well....that would be a bit creepy. I just thought I may as well upload it since it took a me a while to make.

The Yellow Beamer

Version 1 : October 24th, 2006

DESCRIPTION

This theme is based on a BMW M3. I have used yellow/brown combination throughout to try and give a new look to the Sansa. Hope you guys will like it!

Hey folks... as most of you know the PS3 will be here and well, gaming wil be redifned once again! I just loved the machine... the cool looks and that blu-ray drive and all that processing power! Anyway, here's a theme that celebrates this heavenly machine...

MAIN FEATURES

It is built with a pleasant background, which does not strain the eyes while reading text off the screen. The main background is grey whereas the other supporting colour is blue. I have not altered the fonts as i feel the default fonts look best on this theme.

As usual, i have uploaded the snapshots.

Feel free to PM with any suggestions you have...

PS. For the menu, i haven't used the actual PS3 menu 'cos i found this menu to be more attractive..

Description: This is the first version of my self-made Water Drop Theme.
Hope you like it! I'm gonna work on it again when I'll have the time.

At first it seemed to be very complicated to realize the idea I had about my theme. But time after time i g2know how it works. So it'll be more and more easy. I think I'm gonna make more Water Drop themes with different symbols so that you can make your decision what theme you like most.

Anyway, I changed the menu structure and mainly only the background images. Details will be changed in further versions.

PS: Don't worry, I didn't forget the radio symbol
You should be able to use it with EU and US version!

Water Drop Theme by PaddyDJ
Version 0.2

Description: OK! This is the 0.2 version of my Water Drop Theme
In my opinion that's much better than the first version. I've gone more into detail, but still it is not fully customized. Besides, I've replaced my self-made icons with Windows Vista icons (I think they are Windows Vista icons ). And I don't think that I will use my own again. Those Windows Icons just look great in combination with the style . In opposite to the 0.1 version, this pack really should now be able to fit to EU AND US versions.

There might be an image error occuring that will distort the menu. Just let me know in such a case. I figured out that exporting themes with H3mod can cause errors in some images.

For those who don't want to work with H3Mod I've uploaded the firmware files for both (EU and US).

Thought i'd give this a go, I was bit worried at first but here you go. More of a test but good none the less. Enjoy. It totally works, no problems....yet.

Magna Carta Inspired theme
Version 1.0, Released Jan 18, 2007


Description : this is a theme based on the magna carta game artwork. Plus some menus and background, and buttons, and bars, almost all is replaced.


Additional Information
There is a Euro and American version. I havent tested the US version on my E200 which has euro firmware, but it looks fine in H3MOD.

On the picture, taken from h3mod previewer, the 'Music' text doesnt quite seems to match the button, but it does when installed on the player.
