Default Good SVI converter
Does anyone know of a good, free SVI converter ? SMS doesn't do a great job.

i think it does now with all the updates because now you can do all the settings you want.
so far i know is .svi a file made by samsung. so there is almost no chance to find a converter for that.

There is one open-source SVI converter: jSVIcoder.
BTW, if you have any ideas about what shall good SVI converter do, please post it in related feature requests or public forum

hey
does the jSVIcoder works with the S3? ive tried to convert movies but the player wont play them... it displays 'unsupported file type'.
theres no S3 in the options section...ive tried choosing S5 but does not work on the S3 (converted files with emodio have different dimensions than the jSVI ones).

any ideas?

In order to put the videos into your yp-t9 the videos must be in either mp4,avi or wmv format. And then use Samsung media studio to put the videos into your yp-t9, samsung media studio will convert the videos into svi format which your yp-t9 can read.

I think you must have 1.80 firmware version. If you need you can download it here YP-T9_V1.80.zip(YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO DOWNLOAD IT!!!)

IT REALLY WORKS
