Is there an AC adtapter available for the T400

Is there an AC adapter available for the T400? This would come in handy, since trying to sync to a PC isn't always possible.

Toshiba has a Power Pack for the U and T Series which includes an AC Adapter, Car Adapter, and a mini USB cable. Here's the link:

It sells for $29.99 retail. You can also go the cheaper route by using an inexpensive USB Charger and a standard USB to USB mini cable (or use the one that came with your T400). The T400 wil also charge with Motorola Razr phone AC charger and a standard DC Auto Adapter -- I've tested my T400 on both and it works fine. Both of these options allow you to charge and listen to your T400 simultaneously.

My blackberry charger seems to work fine, as well as a $10 Just Wireless car charger from target. Since USB spec only carries +5V, data+, data-, and ground its pretty much guaranteed to work with any normal usb power adapter.

I just bought a T400 and I have used the wall charger for motorola cell phones (the one that looks like a usb) and I have also used the wall charger for an iPod with a usb cable plugged in. Hope this helps.
