Are you using Rockbox themes or the H3Mod themes?

H3mod themes is for the Sansa firmware.

As for the Rockbox themes, you basically copy the .rockbox folder over. Then if it asks replace it, say yes.

Plus there is posts about installing Rockbox themes.

Go to http://rockbox-themes.org
Select the DAP you use (Sansa e200)
Find a theme you want
Click on the theme you want
The theme should now begin downloading in a zip file.
Open the downloaded file in WinRAR, Winzip, or whatever program people use nowadays.
Turn on your Sansa, and boot to the OF (press |<< if needed)
Go to Settings, USB mode, and select MSC.
Connect your Sansa to your computer.
Inside the zip archive should be a .rockbox folder. Extract that folder onto your Sansa's drive, which should appear in "My Computer"
Once the .rockbox folder is extracted, close WinRAR/Winzip/whatever program you used, and safely remove the Sansa.
Once the Sansa has rebooted into Rockbox, go to Settings, Theme Settings, Browse Themes, and select the theme.

I just stick the .mi4 file on the root of the drive when its in MSC mode, safely disconnect and it'll restart.

You are in the wrong section for H3Mod themes. Why don't you try going to the right section, where you will find the instructions you are asking for as a sticky at the top of the forum?
