Unable to format a clip+ in Windows

Hi Guys,
After a workout my clip plus showed me a "FAT is corrupted, please connect device to Pc and".

I cannot seem to format it in windows, or with HP USB Disk format.


Do you have any suggestions or ideas, or i'm due for a new DAP?

Have you tried to format it from the clip itself? its in the settings menu

I can't do anything from the player , i get the "FAT is corrupted, please connect device to Pc and" message on the screen then the player shuts down.
It can charge, it detects the connection, but no results when it comes to formating from the PC.
Tired resetting it by pressing power for 20-30 seconds ,nothing happened.

Have you tried the official SD format tool from the SD Association here?

Edit: also, did you try to reset it first?
