abi>> T-Shirt: what color would you like?

We're thinking about doing some t-shirts with the abi>> logo.

What color would you like them to be?

My vote goes for black (goes with everything, anytime) and light blue (the main color of our logo and site design). I'd prefer the print color to be white.

I don't own a single piece of blue clothing... it's actually the color I dislike the most.

But other people like blue, and it's part of the abi>> CI/design, so I think it's a valid option.

same here, light blue reminds me of babies -.- baby clothing, toys etc

That one seems great, Enzo. Although I still like black with white print, you're right, navy blue makes all sense, being in the color pallete of ABi.

I think lightblue/white is gonna be very hard to see the print.

Not fond of light blue. Oups, I just realized I am actually wearing a light blue sweater right now. So any colour goes.

No abi>>, we need the full anythingbutipod>> or else it would defeat the purpose the shirt.

Maybe I'm just too old to try pissing some people off with the print on my shirts... That's why I thought "abi>>" would make a... "decent" alternative. Then again, considering how many white earbuds I see daily on the bus or subway, it might be kind of fun.

First I prefer large logos on the back of a t-shirt with a small subtle one on the front. Second, I really like the idea to include the theme and the .com…(i.e. anythingbutipod.com >> and just below it the “where music comes to play”). As far as colors my favorite would be black with white or off white lettering. Although, if I can...I would like to make an additional suggestion – dark brown with a light caramel color for the lettering. If possible a crackling effect to the lettering similar to a raku effect throughout the lettering and theme. I have attached an example of one

i dont like the idea of .com or "where music comes to play" since i think it should be kept simple. with a tag line and a dot com under it makes it too much like an advertisement. I would like people to look at it and say... hey thats a cool logo and do a second take on the name... not what is his tshirt selling.

im pretty set on that design above. simple. elegant.

but sorry dfkt i think abi>> is too simple

I understand what you mean about wanting the logo to be eye catching, but imo the current design is going to attract attention to the words first for a few reasons: because they take up more space, if you look at the center of the shirt then you will see the words first, and they are to the left of the logo, because people read left to right they tend to look at the left side of everything with text on it. I mean I like the current design, but if you want the logo to be the thing people notice first then it might not be the best choice.
