What's "the file"? Rockbox should be able to view jpeg's, as well as bitmaps (bmp)

You need to convert them to mpeg/mpg for Rockbox to play them. See: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/vie...uginMpegplayer

Strange, I am unable to view the albums bitmaps but it can view it when the song is being played (using cpchan's build).

Did you use the Sansa presets?

Also set ya frame rate to 24. This will produce a bit larger file but will be better quality.

Note that 16x9 will work alot better than 4x3.

Convert your video to both formats & try it, see what works best.

The jpeg viewer only supports jpeg's.

Well got the photos working thankfully. I heard that you could customize a picture to be the background in your player, but have not found a set as background button yet in the options when the picture is selected.

The backdrops must be in bmp format. You set it by navigation to the file in the file browser and select "Set as Backdrop" in the context menu.

Please read the FAQs and manual.
