Audible files?

I may have missed this in the review but does the clip play audible files? I need a new player for audible and I'll buy this if it plays those files. Otherwise I'll probably buy the clix.

Also I've been looking for the clip since it was announced a few months ago. Is there any info as to when it will be generally available? Amazon says it will have the 1gb available on October 31 but says nothing about the 2gb.

The 1gb version is available at buy.com, and also other online sellers.
The 2gb version is available at bestbuy.com, though it looks like they have already sold out everything but the red color. They may also be available in some of their stores (only in the east)

Yes, the clip plays Audible books, this is the one function that seems be work perfectly, time display and all.
