The new Zune is official. It's lost its doubleshot colours, but it looks so much better. Now it's called the Zune 80; named in reference to its storage capacity. Main features: - 3.2" screen (QVGA resolution) - 80GB hard drive - 'Premium' headphones in box (well better than normal stock ones) - Much smaller: 61.1 x 108.2 x 12.9mm - Colours: Black - New touchpad/d-pad - $250 The flash based ones are called the Zune 4 and 8. Main features: - 1.8" screen - 4 or 8GB of flash memory respectively - Nothing too spectacular: 41.4 x 91.5 x 8.5mm - Colours: Black, Red, Pink, and Green. - New touchpad/d-pad - $150 and $200 All have the ability to: - Play h.264 and MPEG, in addition to WMV - Use the new Zune app, rewritten, and has a new DRM-free music store - Have Podcast support All have wi-fi with the ability to: - Share music (with the 3 day restriction gone, although still has the 3 time play limit) - Sync wirelessly All available in November.
