Default Track Switching

I listen to techno music and the tracks shift one ito the other, sadly, when i put them on my player there is a 1 or 2 second delay between each track, does upgrading the firmware fix that problem? If anobody has a solution.. except creating an ISO file of all my disc.. PM or answer please !! thanks !

The K3 and K5 don't have gapless playback as far as I know. So, while firmware updates might lessen this problem, only a player like the Trekstor Vibez will give truly gapless playback.

Other things you can try:
  • Isn't your CD ripping app adding a gap at the end of each track? Some CD rippers have this option;
  • If you have the original albums for the tracks, you can try ripping them to lower bitrates and checking the results. Lowering the bitrate makes the music files smaller and they should take less space in the buffers. This might help reducing the gap between the tracks, but don't expect miracles.
