Help Toshiba Gigabeat U202

If anyone can help id be much onliged. Im new to ipods and cant seem to figure this out. When i transfer certain audio files wether it be mp3 or wav i get can not play, error #-68 0r #-193. Now i tried to find differences between the ones that do play and the ones that dont and the only difference i can find is that the ones that dont play are all under 48kbps. Now i dont know if that makes a difference at all but thats all i could come up with. If anyone out there can help! Thank you much.

MP3 files as low a 32kbps are supported by the U202, so I don't think that's your problem. Does there happen to be explanations for these error numbers in the user manual, or perhaps on a Toshiba website? Do the files giving you the problem play alright on your computer?
