Question SCSI command?

Alright, so I think I've seriously fouled something up during the firmware update. Afterwards, the player wouldn't hold all my files. The player showed several corrupt files on the drive. Trying to fix that resulted in the player refusing to hold any files.
I tried formatting the player and reinstalling the driver & firmware. Halfway through attempts to install driver and firmware an error occurs and a new window says, "unable to send scsi command."
Three days of customer support emails, and all they've been able to do is tell me to download and install the files that I can't get to install completely because of the error. Somhow they aren't understanding my problem here.
Got any ideas? Am I really missing something during the firmware install like support seems to think I am? Can anyone help me understand what the error means?

I saw this error as well when i tried to format / downgrade from 100.100.122 to 100.100.105 . I think it has I/O ERRORS because if you are trying to downgrade the firmware it does not like this. The only way i was able to get the firmware to correctly install thereafter was to download 100.100.122 and install that. But if you are having problems installing .122, then im not sure what would be able to help you =/ Hopefully someone else can throw in some input here. Would be nice if the mobiBLU customer support was a little better.

hye guyz....even i got the same scsi error while firmware update of my player...even i was told to do the same things...i never got it..some other sources told this was because the usb port doesn't supply enough power supply....so this error may come...so most probably laptops may be useful...
