Can someone recommend headphone on par with Koss KSC-75? same price range and good quality. I really need headphones, not IEM or ear buds or ear clips. thanks

Sennheiser HD201's.
http://www.headphone.com/products/he...ser-hd-201.php With some searching Im sure you can find them cheaper then $24.95. The review is spot on, however.

The 201's are nice, but a totally different sound than the 75's. You can clip the 75's onto a headband and use them like regular headphones. I believe they clip onto some $10 pair of phones from walmart or target. Or for $40 you can get the Koss PortaPro Link

thanks. I think the 201 is too small for my head. I'll see if I can find the Koss in a store so I can try it out.

Grado SR-60, SR-80 or the Alessandro MS-1 have very similar characteristics to the KSC75.

I have a pair of hd201's, and to be honest they are pretty crap. But you gets what you pay for. They are pretty handy for listening in the bath though cause they have a 3M cord. So you can keep your DAP dry. I think mine were £12 or £15 in blighty.
