I had mine for a month and used them a few times a week and today the left bud has a bad connection... i emailed them to see if they will replace them. Will let you know...

Update 7/9: no response yet

Two weeks two emails... still now answer... i barely used these things... im out $60 .....be warned...

Well, I've seen some people at Head-Fi complaining about the same problem... I emailed jaben.net a week ago asking about model availability, and I'm still waiting for an answer.

That said, I can tell I'm very happy with my $69 CK7s... have been using them for more than a year, and they're as good as new. I think I'll wait and save the money for those FutureSonics Atrios M8s...

Success!!! They have answered! ...says emails have slipped into the spam folder... which i believe since i have had problems with that lately...

They stepped up to the plate and are sending me a replacement... =)

When I ordered the MylarOnes I wrote an email because I couldn't find a place to choose which colour I wanted. Five minutes later they answered! Quite impressing.

they are very good with emails but sometimes they get really busy. Just luck. i emailed them once and was responded to in like 2 minutes. They sent me a replacement X3 set with ultimate ears biflange tips for free!

I've read on Head-Fi some people are complaining about the bass diminishing after a few weeks. Has anyone here had that problem?

I can tell you this, they are not bass heavy like the CX300’s, but have crisp clear sound across the board and no mine’s bass has not diminished. Don’t know if the 10+ hours of burn in had anything to do with it.

That's what I was wondering, if burn time had diminished the new phones bass. I'm betting it had.

IMO, just the opposite, I listened to them for a few songs and they seemed to posses great highs, but virtually no lows. After I burned them in for 12+ hours (pink noise and bass heavy music) the bass became much better and has not diminished since. The mids, treble, and isolation are all good, for the money, these are great IEM’s

I have heard they last a long time. (over 6+ months) Head fi are the forums to be on. Not these. Forum over these about these. all depends on the treatment they get like anything else

They haven't even been out for a year, so it's kinda weird making such forecasts...

Build quality is terrible, at least on the XBs I have. First the left earbud split in two, cause of bad glue - now the right one has a loose angle piece. And I treat my stuff really well, no abuse at all.

Nothing dramatic, this can all be fixed with some better glue - but still, they're pretty low quality build for a high quality sounding IEM. At least the price is right. Their sound quality is worth more than $60.
