YH-J70 'Play shuffled' Query

I have had my YH-J70 for about a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed using it. There do seem to be one or two quirks which I have never managed to get my head around. So I thought I'd ask here.

I have my music in folders according to the decade the artist was famous eg 60's, 70's etc and then each artist has a folder within each of those, and the album(s) for the artist are in their appropriate folder under artist name.

When playing tracks (after using search >folder to find an album ) there is a facility under the 'tool' button to play shuffled. When this is chosen, an option to shuffle folder or shuffle all is displayed. when I use this, the result is the same for both options. It only shuffles the tracks in the album I am currently playing. I do not get a global mix of tracks from all albums as I expected . Does anyone know why this is happening ?

Also does anyone know the reference number and voltage of the internal battery and/or where in the UK I could buy one when It gets tired ?
