Nice, one more build around.
jac0b, i really like the placement of the Album Art image.

As you titled it, it's a simple branch, that's useful for most of us.
Thanks for this.

Your welcome,

I thought a simple/basic branch was needed.

Hi!
With microSD patch did you use exactly in the latest build?
Because with your build playing videaos from microSD works and with the build of cpchan it is not working?

The base SVN version is different- mine is newer. However, we are using the same MicroSD patch which I resynced with SVN and uploaded to Flyspray yesterday. I don't know what the problem is. Can you try the test build that I just did for you.

I use the same patch as cpchan. I don't have the slightest idea as to why my build works and cpchans doesn't. Did you try the latest test build he made? http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum...&postcount=405

The hotswap patch should be okay for now so I added it back to my build.

I have loaded the latest firmware that you created but I don't get the album art displayed. I have asked on a different thread how do I get the album art file in the directory called the correct thing, but I don't seem to be able to. When I have the USB mode set that I can see the Music folders, it won't allow me to put the album art in that directory. I am sure I am doing something wrong, but don't know what. Can someone please advise? The Rockbox manual doesn't seem to mention this, or I couldn't find it. Thx.

The Rockbox manual doesn't mention it because the album art is a patch, and therefore not official. However, there is a Wiki article on album art: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/AlbumArt

More details on what you're doing will help figure out the problem though.

Thanks for that link. You've replied to both my posts - Great! But I have just posted back on the other thread as I can't get the cover.bmp to copy into the sansa. I am confused on that one.

You can't copy and paste the cover.bmp to the folder on the sansa?

I just put cover.bmp in the album folder and it shows up correctly for me.

I am so stupid! I forgot that I need to set the Windows Explorer to show hidden files. Now I see Music and I can copy the cover.bmp into it.... Duh!

Note: I will keep the links up so if anyone wants to download my theme or the build.
