Default Replacing battery in h10 20gb

Hello all. I have an h10 20gb which I have owned for about 3 years and the battery (I think) needs replacing. It won't hold a charge longer than 45 minutes. Anyone here know how to open up an h10 20gb and remove the covers. I have emailed Iriver and no response. I have gotten as far as removing the 4 torx screws and can't figure out how to go any further. I really like my player and don't want to get something else. Thanks, Bob.

Why not look on ebay for another player that you can steal the battery from
Sansa View 16GB (DEAD)
Sony Walkman NWZ-S544 (DEAD has a mind of it's own and don't feel like fixing it!)
Zune HD 32GB (Retired)
Samsung Galaxy tab 2 7.0
Motorola Droid razr m

that would be fine but I need to know how to open the player beyond taking the screws off and remove the covers.

If you go to you can get a battery for the H10 for $9.95... its comes with instructions i think ... if not theres plenty on google.

I was gonna do the same thing before i realized that the warranty is gonna give me a $225 credit :P
Iriver H10 (dead battery) (switched between rockbox and original firmware) 20 GB, Hip street clip on 1GB, AND currently a Samsung YP-P2JAW 4GB ver 5.08
