I believe FS6996 is now compiled, about to check right now. Sorry for the delay, was having problems with make as well as getting the patch to work.

Actually, it's not exactly good....it caused the scrollwheel to not function =/
If you can managed to get it sync'd, I'll add it, but since the scrollwheel was already the speed as it is in the OF, I don't exactly see why it's exactly needed.

nah its okay- the reason i wanted that patch is sometimes i set it to the highest sensitivity to play in doom. turning yourself in doom with the scrollwheel takes a long time if you dont up the sensitivity. its okay, tho- you dont have to try to compile it again- i dont have to have that patch.
thanks again, man

@muffinzrock - Looks like cpchan was having the same problem too, but they just removed it from their build since it was closed. I'll play around with the patch every once in a while (unless the author syncs it) until I figure out what's going on, or testdasi manages to get it working in their build again.

As of a few mins ago, a build without 6996 completed, so yes, it should work. I'm verifying right now though

Since I can't seem to find a way to dim the scrollwheel LED (anyone have suggestions?) I made a separate build for those who don't want it. Unlike the main build, this will be compiled 6 hours after the first, to help balance the server (1:00 AM/PM UTC)

Compiling the non hdd led now...should be complete within a few mins

Edit: Complete

^^ The scrollwheel just has hardware on/off support, so you can't dim it without physically modifying the wheel.

i think it's a great build already, but if you added the random_album.patch, it would be pratically perfect... but that's just a suggestion...

@minoplis

I'm adding it right now

Should be in the build in a few mins, although I'm also compiling other stuff, so it may take a little longer.

Main build built with new patch.

Update: Rockbox2.zip apparently wasn't compiled, but I can't find much information on why, other than there being a make error. Since rockbox2.zip currently doesn't exist, I'm building that right now as well. At least the backup was still there.

Jack

sorry for being a bother, but when you have some time (you dont have to do this right now) can you remove the alternate DOOM controls, unless there is a way to set it back without removing the patch?
thank you!

Nah, it's not being a bother. So should I just completely remove that patch and go back to the original controls?
