I have GOT to try and take a picture of my theater room sometime this week. Anything that's my parents is also mine since I live here! ^.^

Except for our camera. Is a Sony DSC-H9, and my dad wont let me touch it, period... :-(

Some of my stuff:

Receiver:

STB and DVD player:

TV/entertainment center (cheap TV from Walmart, but has a nice picture after calibration):

Cambridge Soundworks Newton M80s, just got them two days ago (found them on craigslist for $140 in perfect condition, they go for $500 new):

Exerimenting with Biwiring (had enough cable so it didn't hurt to try)

Rear three channels:

I'm in a temp room now, since we moved. We're finishing a 12x18 basement room as a bedroom/TV room, so I'll take pics of that when it's done.

Sanyo 27" flatscreen CRT TV
Onkyo DV-SP404s DVD
Motorola QIP 2500-3 STB with Verizon FiOS (amazing SDTV picture, near HD IMO)
Onkyo TX-SR502s receiver
Cambridge Soundworks M80 Front
Teac LSR200 center (being replaced)
Cambridge Soundworks S200 rear
Cambridge Soundworks MC50 surround back
Subwoofer isn't worth showing, it's a crappy KLH from Bestbuy. Saving up for an HSU VTF-1.

I've liked Cambridge Soundworks stuff for a long time as my friend's dad had a set of the old Kloss Ensembles. They're now owned by Creative and made in China, but I still think they have hints of the "east coast sound" that they were known for.

I like the Paradigm Titans more than the M80s, but at $140, I can't even complain. If I ever decide to go to Paradigm, I'm sure I could get my money back on Craigslist.

It's a lamp! It glows soothing orange, keeps me sane while posting on ABI. Happy thoughts, happy thoughts...

It's also a nice contrast to the Motörhead poster...

Don't mess with the bear! Behind the cute facade there's a killer waiting to claw you.
