How long does Creative RMA usually take?
A short time back, my Zen Vision:M completely died so I had to send it back to Creative. It arrived there on March 28 - that's 2 Wednesdays ago, so today (April 11) is the 11th business day that they've had it. I'm not too happy - I've called them Monday, Tuesday, and today and I've been told each time that the parts are in stock and that the replacement should be sent soon (and I would expect that for such a popular model.) However it still hasn't been sent!
How long has Creative usually taken to process your RMAs? I'm just wondering and want to see how much longer I should expect it to be.
