I was just wonderin, since youre so good at all this, could you add bacon?
I know there are many things that require much more immediate attention, and keep you very busy, but it keeps well, and is sooo tasty Just a small suggestion, and mayhaps some " Fakin' " for the herbivores out there as well. It doesnt tase very good, in fact, I'm not sure anyone would want it actually, but choices are good to have

You updated the build. I just found out while visiting the first page of the thread. I was expecting you will inform us with a reply here (I guess I'm used to it
)Just for info: FS7486 was updated recently. Edit: I realized it was a joke, but I couldn't really relate bacon with Sansa

Is anybody else having trouble getting the latest build to shuffle?

Before, I played all the songs in a genre (738 songs) and it put them in alphabetically sorted playlist. Shuffle was turned on, but it only played in the order listed (alph). I double checked shuffle a couple of times and it still played in order.
I tried the same thing just now, and it seemed to work. I mean, it created the playlist in a pretty random order, but it is still playing them in sequential order. Am I missing something (I just discovered the REC button playlist viewer)? The manual is a little vague on exactly what happens. Does shuffle play a random song in the dynamic playlist or does it randomly order the songs when the playlist is created? Or both? BTW, Charles, I love your build. I installed and uninstalled it a few times before it finally grew on me. Now I only boot into OF for charging and writing. I appreciate the time you put into this thing for us.

I can't either.
Charles[/baconquote] That was kinda the point. It was a random humor tidbit (i.e. Invader Zim "why is there bacon in my soap?!" presumably because it's been put there by GIR, because it is delicious, disturbing, fattening, funny (?) and prolly other things as well), and as a compliment to Charles for all his tireless work, that leads one to believe he can do almost anything to get this rockbox workin well. we're allways tryin to get him to do stuff for us, might as well give the kudos an hopefully @least a smile for it all, right? |

Charles,
I tried my hand at compiling my own simulator for testing WPS's using your combined patch file and the latest daily build (01/08/07) but the custom line and various multifont patches do not seem to work or aren't included in the patch file. Is there a chance the patch file may be out of date? |
