SanDisk's Excellent Return Policy
No, I'm not a paid shill for SanDisk. I have no interest in the company save for the fact that I purchased an e280R from Rhapsody's online store that only lasted for four months before it froze and refused to be formatted. I called SanDisk's phone number and went through trying to format it with him, gave him all the numbers inside the player after taking the back off, and the tech support guy says I can print out all the info for a replacement and even print out a PREPAID 3-day UPS return label! Why am I so impressed? Because I usually get a big complicated hassle when trying to return anything purchased online, and this was curteous, fast and simple. And whoever mentions it when a big company does something right?
