I can't recommend the Flats enough. I think they sound better than my PortaPros, and I paid about ten times as much more those!

Are those TMA-1 any good? How would you compare them to the Beyer DT770 Pro?

You could read my review about them (linked in my sig below). I like them better than the DT770. The TMA-1 got a more realistic midrange, better timbre, and a more natural soundstage than the DT770. The Beyers are more comfortable, however, being circum-aural.

It'll be fun to compare them to the Flats, which are even good for the sticker price of $20.....sadly, my PX100's are long gone, I would have loved to do the classic PX100-PortaPro comparison for myself.
