 My Insignia Pilot 16GB  5.1 Logitech Z-640 Speakers (Yes I'm utilizing the second headphone jack to use the rear speakers also .  More pictures  More to come when I get a new camera!! I'm hoping for a remote soon so I can use my player without having to get up.

16gb Pilot....8gb+8gb sdhc? And skullcandies...come on you should do some reading up on the forums. Those are some of the WORST IEMs out there. My $20 JVC Marshmallows are likely better. And it's a shame the Pilot doesn't have top notch SQ like my D2 is. That was one of the factors that made me not get it. Nice setup though. Also consider that Mylarone Xbi's and X3i's are around 60.

Korean player > Dutch snake oil cable (sounds the same as any other cable, but costs more) > German amp > Swedish IEMs

The skullcandies are perfect for me. I've owned Koss Sparkplugs that sounded better but I love them and they sound great to me. They are some of the most comfortable headphones I've owned. I did read reviews on here and I read everyone elses. I decided to pay $80 for the 11mm.
Yes I have an 8GB SDHC I might buy a 16GB soon and I'll see if it works. *EDIT* I read your post again and I think you saying that Skullcandy in a whole is a bad company for IEMS. That is true cause the ones I've owned before the FMJ's I've disliked. I've owned 4 different pairs of headphones from them. The Smokinbuds were actually alright and they even survived the washer and dryer TWICE. They still work today but some of the EYE CANDY has worn off of them so I looked into a new pair. SC has a different approach this time with all new earbuds, new drivers, and a new surround. I love these things.. Bad companies can still come out with great products.
