Default Missing Album Arts

I have album arts in the tags of mp3 files. After I reformatted the player and reloaded the files. I found that the album arts of some albums are missing. Even after I reloaded the the albums, the album arts still didn't show up. Does anyone know what happened?

Need some info first... What model player do you have? What version firmware? How do you transfer music onto the device? Subscription music? What version of WMP do you use.....

The device has an album art size restriction. Most people seem to have no issue if the image is 200x200 or smaller (some people have used 500x500). If you use Media Monkey Album art, it usually downloads from Amazon, where the pictures are far too big. Tell MediaMonkey to save the album art to a file (name it Album Art.jpg or Folder.jpg and then remove embedded images. This usually fixes everything and for the most part orther media players will read that images too.

you can also download an app called Irfanview which is free. It is an excellent utility for rescaling images without losing resolution.
