Bluetooth connection between Samsung cell and Motorola cordless phone

I can pair my Samsung cell phone SGH-T746 and Motorola cordless phone (L512BT). Everything works fine for about 5 hours and they are disconnected. My cell phone asks to enter the passkey (the default 0000). I have to enter the passkey every 5 hours to keep the connection.
How can I keep the connection consistently ??
Please help me to solve this problem.
PS: I'm tired to get up in the middle of night to reconnect
