For what it is worth, Newegg has the MEElectronics HT-21 on sale for $19.99 with free shipping today. Good reviews, but mediocre isolation. I am not a headphone person, but I did buy a pair of Flats for my brother who does not like IEM's. They sounded okay to me, but then I have nothing to compare them against.

As far as IEM's, I stick with my original suggestion of the MEElectronics M6. I have always felt like the M6 does drums well. If there is a problem it is that the bass comes off as a little overpowering for my taste. EQ'ing the bass down though brings out the midrange and treble though. That and getting a good fit can be troublesome depending on your ears. Otherwise, I like I said I would look for a deal on one of the newer MEElectronics models in your price range. (My summery of the new M Series models would be: M31 = Basshead, M21 = Balance, M16 = Budget.)
Players: 4 GB Sansa Clip | 32 GB iPod touch (4th generation)
Headphones: Audio-Technica ATH-M50 IEM: MEElectronics A151, M6 and M9P
