Default c250 recovery - where do I get the files from?

Hello,

yesterday I got my new used Sandisk Sansa c250 from ebay. I wanted to start 'clean', so I let it reset it's settings, format it's memory. Tried to play some mp3-songs: it worked.
Then I downloaded the Sansa_updater from Sandisk and installed it (Windows XP SP2). I started the update, it seemed ok, found a firmware, downloaded it, installed it - and then said, that it failed.

After this the player wouldn't boot anymore. Right now it is connected to my computer, the display of the c250 says:
Code:
Load main image fai
Switch to Recovery
Please connect USB
Mini-B->Device Mode
USB2.0 MSD
Windows does see the 16MB-partition. Ok, I read some threads here, and they say, that one should place two files onto this partition. But where do I get these files!??
Sandisk only seems to provide this damned 'updater'-Program, but no Firmwarefiles to download.

Would be nice, if someone could help me.

Robert
