Default Playlists - How To

I tried to make a playlist on the device after having it for years. Can't! Looked in the manual - Nothing! Thought the sort-of sold with JetAudio would help. Nope. It's extremely cryptic too.

But you can make them and it's rather easy.

Just use another software application/program to do so. I used Jet Audio (but don't ask me how - it's like trying to tell you how my brain works - it's not easy) and VLC (fairly easy to use and free). Anyway connect to the device hard drive, and create a playlist. Then save it in M3U form on the hard drive. I don't think it matters where - I saved it in the drive - no subfolders. Tried it with a few playlists. Not sure how many you can have or how many tunes you can load, but it works...

This link shows you how (you don't need this application, any that create M3U can probably be used - well most I'm sure...)
