J3 video files not transferring.

Hey guys,

I've recently encountered a problem with my J3. Everytime I try to transfer video files to it, I get an error saying "The parameter is incorrect". I've only recently had this problem with jetAudio. I haven't changed the settings for my computer or the program, and the files are not corrupted or obscure--they're just regular home movies in .avi format. Can anyone help?
