Default DIY Cheapish yet decent tablet?

I recently thought of this idea. Its quite simply actually, but I'm not sure how it'll turn out, so I decided to ask you guys

Heres the idea:

- Buy a cheap chinese GPS device (5inch touch screen) running Windows CE (around 400mhz with 64mb(or more ram), some also have like 2gb built in memory)
- Use a software like Mio Pocket to unlock the device to allow access to Windows CE
- Get a wifi sd card to give the "tablet" wifi capabilities

So there you have it, should, according to my calculations cost around 100 - 125 bucks depending on exactly which "gps" you use

Comments/suggestions/construction criticism is welcome
