Default My P3 is dying on me. Already.

Well, I put up a previous thread on here that is titled 'No touch response'. Since not many have read that, I thought I'd put this one up to add more detail and ask more advice. Anyways, my P3 seems to have lost it's touch response capability. The area where the 'OK' and 'Widget' options come up, is where there is absolutely no response. I have to tap the screen frantically for it to respond. Now it has spread. Great. Now the 'Icon' or the three lines used as a menu is also in the same condition. I tried to register my P3 on Samsung's website and it got stuck at the page where it showed my price for the warranty. I clicked 'Continue' and it never loaded. All it showed was "Data now processing". I did this three or four times. What do I do? Keep trying or just ship it? I'm slowly losing my patience...
